Building the leadership
for peak performance
throughout Asia and Australia
Success in business today depends on the ability of leaders to foster peak performance in others. Whether your business is in the public, private or non-profit sector, the business environment is highly competitive, and stakeholders’ expectations are high.
The Stolmack Group specialises in working with individuals, teams and organisations to build the kind of leadership skills that will deliver success. Recent research has confirmed that employee engagement is generally low around the world and across all sectors. On average, less than one in six employees are fully engaged, that is, willing and able to help their company succeed, largely by providing discretionary effort on a sustained basis*. We believe that structured workplace coaching and mentoring programs help address this.
-
How do you build the skills of your managers so that they can harness the real energy and intelligence of their staff?
-
How do you liberate managers and staff to take the lead, think innovatively and show initiative?
-
How do you develop the leadership qualities of your managers so that they become better coaches for their staff?
The Stolmack Group offers a comprehensive range of coaching and mentoring services. We offer training to organisational leaders, the people whose influence determines the organisation’s performance, helping them to build the skills of self-management, emotional intelligence, coaching and mentoring. As this group develops its workplace coaching skills to relate effectively to employees and inspire them, the effects will be seen in a transformation of culture and performance.
The Stolmack Group uses the Leadership Architect® created by Lominger International, a proven leadership framework and toolkit of structured processes to assess and develop the skills of your leaders. The Leadership Architect® is a research-based library of competencies with dozens of tools which can be used on their own or in combination to provide a unique development pathway for each person.
We will work with you to determine the best approach for your leaders, your teams and your organisation. We can implement a range of initiatives – training, coaching and mentoring – that will build new skills and boost productivity, from the boardroom to the front line. We will establish a process that works over time to build sustainable change from the leaders on down through your teams.

What is the Stolmack philosophy?
The Stolmack Group works with leaders, managers and workers to develop their potential and help them to perform effectively. Our work is based on our experience of people in organisations, and our approach has solid foundations in research. We work to help people understand their natural style of leadership and show them how to build their strength in areas that are holding them back from success.
We believe that leaders are developed best when they have the one-to-one support of a coach or mentor. Our coaches and mentors provide a safe but challenging space where leaders and potential leaders can reflect on their achievements and challenges. Through the process, the person builds the competencies and the confidence to understand and lead people effectively, and create a workplace culture that is both nuturing and high-performing.
Organisations are the winner too, as the beneficial effects of sound leadership cascade from leaders to workers.
