With an extensive and diverse team of 40 coaches and mentors, we are able to select and tailor the optimal mix of people and programmes to individual needs. Stolmack Group coaches, mentors and trainers bring a proven toolkit of skills and processes that have a solid foundation in research. The Stolmack Group uses the Leadership Architect® created by Lominger International, a proven leadership framework and toolkit of structured processes to assess and develop the skills of your leaders. The Leadership Architect® is a research-based library of competencies with dozens of tools which can be used on their own or in combination to provide a unique development pathway for each person.
